If we say we will do something we must make every effort to follow through on our commitment. If we cannot fulfill our commitment, we must communicate with our core values in mind.
We must be able to put ourselves in the shoes of those we interact with and see our interactions from their point of view. We must understand when they are pleased with our work and when they are dissatisfied and act accordingly.
We must always be looking for ways to serve our customers, the community, and any others we may come in contact with beyond the work we have been hired to do.
We must understand that the world is bigger than us.
Referrals are a great way to serve our customers. We must have a network of trusted connections to provide our customers with the resources they need to be successful.
